This Website is administered by Education Support Partnership, formerly Teacher Support Network, Recourse and Worklife Support (referred to as “Charity”, “we” or “our” as appropriate).  Education Support Partnership is a registered charity no: 1161436. We are a company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales CRN 9311354. Our registered office is: 40a Drayton Park, London, N5 1EW, England. References to “you” or “your” mean the person using this website or supplying information to this site.

By using this Website, you consent to these terms and conditions, our privacy policy, as well as any laws that apply, and that you agree to be bound them. Please read this carefully before using the Website.

2. What you can and cannot do

You can view, download and print pages from the website, with the following restrictions:

3. Making a donation

When you donate through the website your details will be stored in our secure payment processor (Committed Giving). This system will record your payment details securely. Our internal Fundraising staff will have access to your payment records but not to your financial details such as your credit card numbers.

Content on the site is provided on an ‘As is’ basis and is for information purposes only. Whilst we take a lot of care compiling the content that goes on the website, we do not make any warranties or representations to its accuracy or reliability. We may make changes to the content on the Website at any time without notice.

While we try to avoid it, some content on the Website may contain typographical or other errors and may be out of date and we make no commitment to update such information. Education Support Partnership and any third parties referred to on the Website assume no responsibility for how you use the information provided on the Website.

We provide links to other external websites for information purposes only. We are not responsible for the content on these external sites and connate guarantee that they will always be available.

You may access, view and print in hard copy the content available on the website in the non-password protected areas of the website, as long as you adhere to the terms and conditions and:

9. Registering on our website

By registering on our Website, you agree to the terms and conditions and to be bound them. This includes agreeing to keep your password confidential and not sharing it with third parties or accessing our Website with another party’s login or password. If you suspect this may be the case, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to refuse applications to register or cancel registrations at any time.

When you register on the website, you will create your own login and password. Registration information that you give us will be stored on our website and in Salesforce, our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) in order that we can process your enquiry more efficiently.

Information stored in our CRM will only be accessible to the internal staff who will be dealing with your enquiry.

By registering with our website, you may able to access additional content that is not available on the wider website. We reserve the right to change terms to accessing this information at any time.

EAP clients

In addition to the Registration details outlined above in 9, you may wish to purchase services from us using our Ecommerce facility. When you purchase a service from us through the website your payment details will be stored in our secure payment processor (Stripe) and some of those details (not your financial details) will be recorded in our CRM (Salesforce).

Our internal Sales staff will have access to your payment records which will be stored in the CRM but not to your financial details such as your credit card numbers which will only be stored securely in Stripe.
