Welcome to Wheel of Wellbeing

This exercise is designed to help you to look at a wide range of areas in your life and the balance between all these areas. There are assumptions made that you will increase your wellbeing if you can find the right balance of attention and happiness in these areas. This is an opportunity for you to reflect on your state of wellbeing at this moment in time and to identify any areas of your life you would like to change.

There are six sections that will take a couple of minutes each. You will get an instant result for each section.
