We worked with the national charity for families, Family Lives, to produce an online resource: 'Guidance for Head Teachers and School Staff: How to Support Pupils' Parents'. An independent piece of research was commissioned in 2013 to measure the demand and supply of wellbeing support services.

Headteacher

In December 2014, we carried out a poll of 804 individuals looking at the impact inspections have on the wellbeing. The poll also reveals insights into how inspections can be improved for everyone involved.

More than two-thirds (68%) of staff in education witnessed homophobic harassment and just under half (48%) were personally discriminated against because of their sexual orientation, according to our research carried out in March 2014.
