Work-life Balance

Pebbles on beach

The Work-Life balance tool is designed to give you an assessment of your workload and how this relates to your personality, work style and work-life balance.

This is not a psychometric assessment, but is designed to help you to identify issues and reflect on your own work circumstances.

There are three sections to the tool, combining to give you an overall picture of your work-life balance.
