Relationship Development Manager

Are you an excellent relationship manager looking to use your passion and understanding of education to make a difference to the lives of the people who teach? If so, Education Support Partnership may have the perfect role for you.

We are looking for a confident communicator, with a flair for building relationships at all levels to help us engage with key stakeholders and partners. This is a role that will allow you to use your excellent communication skills to make the charity feel personal and relevant to different audiences – with a particular focus on Higher and Further Education.

You will use your experience and influence to nurture relationships with decision makers at key partnership organisations, as well as with their members to promote engagement with the charity and increase use of our services.

To hit the ground running, this role would suit someone with a background in, or understanding of fundraising within a Higher or Further Education setting, or with previous experience of the HE / FE sector. You may also have worked in a fundraising team, specialising in regional, community or corporate fundraising.

Because of the nature of the role, there will be a large amount of UK-based travel, and some of that will include representing Ed Support at relevant events.

If you’d like to know more about this role or for an informal conversation about the role please contact Jamie Findlay at Education Support Partnership on 020 7697 2757
