On 14th October, the Chartered College of Teaching will host a one-day conference for student teachers, NQTs, and others in the first few years of their teaching career.

Join us in London to hear from a variety of speakers that will address behaviour management, engaging with research and managing workload. There will also be a panel discussion, Surviving and thriving in your first few years, chaired by Laura McInerney, Editor – Schools Week. It will feature teachers at different stages of their practice, sharing their experience and answering questions from those new to the profession.

Attendance is free for all Student Teacher members of the Chartered College. NQTs can book a place at a reduced rate once they have joined as a member. Discounted membership is available for NQTs from 4th September 2017.

Lunch and refreshments are included alongside an exhibition featuring contributions from subject associations, publishers and other useful resources.
